The Spitfire Grill tells the story of Percy Talbott, a young woman recently released from prison who travels to the small town of Gilead, Wisconsin, seeking a fresh start. As she begins working at the struggling Spitfire Grill, her presence and hope slowly transform the lives of the town’s residents and help them rediscover forgiveness, community, and healing.
